ENF is currently the strictest formaldehyde-emission grade in the Chinese national standard for wood-based panels — it sits below E0 and E1, the grades most of the market still quotes. In plain terms: the board releases almost no measurable formaldehyde, which is why a newly finished home doesn't carry that sharp "new renovation" smell.

We use ENF-grade material as our baseline rather than as a paid upgrade, because it's the one specification that directly affects how a home feels to live in — particularly for families with young children, elderly parents or anyone sensitive to air quality.

Edge banding is the strip that seals the exposed edge of a board. Traditional hot-melt glue leaves a visible glue line that yellows, lifts and lets moisture in over time. PUR (polyurethane reactive) adhesive bonds far more tightly and cures into a near-invisible seam.

The practical difference: edges stay sealed against Singapore's humidity and kitchen heat, corners don't peel after a few years, and the panel reads as a solid, continuous surface. It's one of the details that separates cabinetry that looks good on installation day from cabinetry that still looks good in year eight.

This is exactly the environment our material system is specified for. Moisture-resistant substrates, PUR-sealed edges and high-temperature-resistant finishes are standard on every project — not an add-on. Kitchens, bathrooms and service yards get additional specification attention because they see the most water and heat.

We're specialists in fitted interiors and joinery, not a general renovation contractor. We'll coordinate the sequencing with your contractor or designer so that carpentry and wet works don't hold each other up. There's no honest flat rate, because the number is driven by scope: total square footage of cabinetry, board and finish selection, hardware, and how much internal fitting-out each unit needs. A single wardrobe and a full-home package are not comparable on a per-foot basis.

No. Design, measurement, transportation and installation are included in the quoted scope, and we commit to zero additional charges on an agreed scope. If you ask us to change the scope after sign-off, we'll quote that change in writing before doing the work — you'll never see an unexplained figure on a final invoice.

Typically a deposit to confirm and schedule production, a progress payment, and a balance on completion after handover inspection. Your consultant will set out the exact milestones in your quotation so there are no ambiguities about when each payment falls due.

It depends on scope and finish selection — a single room moves considerably faster than a full home, and certain finishes carry longer production slots. Your consultant will give you a project-specific schedule with key dates before you commit, rather than a vague range.

In our own manufacturing facilities, run as a dual-factory system across Malaysia and China. That structure exists to protect two things: consistent manufacturing standards, and delivery timelines that don't collapse when one facility is at capacity.

Our own installation teams handle it — not subcontractors. Work is scheduled around your building's rules (including HDB and MCST restrictions on noisy works and lift usage), common areas are protected, and the site is cleaned down at the end of each day.

Most residential installations complete within a few days; larger landed scopes are phased room by room so your home stays liveable.

Usually not. Because installation is phased and cleaned daily, most clients stay home throughout. If you have very young children, pets, or a tight timeline that requires overlapping trades, your consultant will advise on the least disruptive sequence.

It's rare, because we measure on site and produce to those measurements rather than to drawings supplied by someone else. When a tolerance issue does appear, we resolve it at our cost — that's what the joint inspection at handover is for. Any snag is logged and rectified before we call the project complete.

Every project carries a 10-year warranty on our products and workmanship, backed by lifetime support — meaning you can still come back to us for advice, adjustments and spare parts long after the warranty period has run.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues: delamination, hardware failure, joint and alignment problems. It doesn't cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear, and your consultant will give you the written terms with your quotation.

Yes, and this is a real advantage of working with a manufacturer rather than a retailer. We keep your project specifications on file, so an additional wardrobe, a reconfigured study or a replacement door front can be produced to match the original run instead of being approximated.

Design and production lead times mean that starting conversations before you collect keys is how you avoid the familiar gap between moving in and having storage to move into. We can design from your developer's floor plan and confirm with a site measure once you have access.
